Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information shared with us. By booking with us, you agree to our Terms of Service, which include rules on reservations, deposits, cancellations, and refunds. Please note that guests are responsible for any damages to property during their stay, and we are not liable for injuries or incidents. Check-in and check-out times, as well as guest responsibilities, are outlined in our booking terms.

Pool Access
For safety, all guests using the pool must know how to swim, as no lifeguard is on duty. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. We encourage non-swimmers to use life vests or floatation devices. Pool hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, and alcohol or glass containers are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment.

Parties
Parties are welcome but must end by 10 pm out of respect for other guests. We kindly ask that music and noise levels are kept at a moderate level. The guest limit will depend on your booking type; additional charges may apply for larger groups. Hosts are responsible for post-party cleanup and resetting any moved furniture. A refundable security deposit may be required, and only approved decorations that won’t damage surfaces are permitted.

Stay
Guests are expected to keep the property clean and handle waste responsibly by separating recyclables and disposing of waste in designated bins. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests will be charged for any damages caused to property or belongings. Smoking indoors is prohibited, and designated smoking areas should be used where available. For those traveling with pets, please check our pet policy, which includes restrictions and additional fees if applicable.

Transportation
Transportation is available as part of specific packages or on-demand with advance notice. We recommend making requests at least 24 hours in advance. There may be limits on the amount of luggage per guest based on vehicle capacity, and late-night or last-minute bookings may incur additional fees. Wait times are limited, with extra charges applying if pickups are delayed due to the guest. Please be aware that our transportation is insured within certain limits, and guests are expected to abide by safety guidelines.

Event Support
Event support services, including tables and chairs, can be provided on demand but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Basic setup and teardown are the responsibility of the guests, though additional support may be arranged. Rental fees for event items may apply and are refundable if items are canceled in advance. Guests are responsible for any damage to event equipment, including replacement costs. To maintain safety, please ensure items used do not exceed the event space capacity.
